Monetate is thrilled to announce that we are the winner of a 2023 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius.
Winners of TrustRadius’ Tech Cares Award demonstrate a commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Recently Monetate kicked off our Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program.
These ERGs are meant to bring together Monetate Employees aka “Monetaters,” who share similar backgrounds and experiences to establish a sense of community.
These groups help identify resources that provide support to communities and how we can be active allies. Monetate’s ERGs include Pride + Allies, Veterans, Neurodiversity, and BIPOC.
These groups are community-led, and we hope that these spaces not only allow for our team members to connect with one another but that they will also shape our culture here at Monetate.
As Monetate continues to grow, we look forward to the impact our team members will make not only on personalization and our industry, but on our community and the world around us.
