Monetate Named a Contender in Real-Time Interaction Management by Forrester  

Monetate is pleased to announce that we’ve been named a Contender in “The Forrester Wave™: Real-Time Interaction Management, Q1 2024.” 

In this Forrester Wave™, analysts looked at 13 providers of real-time interaction management (RTIM) solutions across 30-criterion. The resulting report is prepared to help guide B2C marketing professionals when selecting the right platform or tool for RTIM that fits their organization’s goals. 

According to report authors, Forrester Analyst Rusty Warner, and analyst contributors Martin Gill and Dan Beaton, reference customers cite understanding the optimal customer journey and orchestrating customer interactions across multiple functions (marketing, sales, and service) as their two greatest challenges that they hope to solve with RTIM.  

In their report, The Real-Time Interaction Management Landscape, Q4 2023, Forrester defines Real-Time Interaction Management (RTIM) as “enterprise marketing technology that delivers contextually relevant experiences, value, and utility at the appropriate moment in the customer lifecycle via preferred customer touchpoints.” 

In this analyst report, Monetate Personalization scored as a Contender receiving the highest mark possible in the experience personalization criterion.  

The Forrester report noted that, “Monetate’s reference customers raved about its testing, optimization, and personalization capabilities for web and e-commerce use cases.” 

One Monetate reference customer shared with Forrester that, “Monetate is the linchpin of our successful testing program that drives millions [in] optimization revenue annually, and we want to expand our usage.”
