Brian Wilson

Chief Executive Officer


Brian is the Chief Executive Officer for Monetate and is driven by providing solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s digital experience. Customer value has always been at the center of Brian’s philosophy of how to build successful companies and organizations. Prior to Monetate, Brian held executive roles at Zenoss, Quest Software, and Convergys Corporation.

Brian is thrilled to be based in Austin, TX, home to a vibrant running community and with abundant activities to keep his family of 5 active and outdoors.

Monetate Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

K.C. Attaya

Chief Financial Officer


K.C. is the Chief Financial Officer of Monetate responsible for accounting, financial planning, tax, human resources, and IT. Most recently, K.C. was at symplr, the leader in healthcare operations software, for 6 years as part of the finance and accounting leadership team. Prior to symplr, K.C. served in global finance and accounting roles for Freudenberg and in the audit practice of KPMG.

K.C. resides in Houston, TX and when outside of work he can be found at his kids’ soccer and football games or out trail running.

George Kanuck

Chief Revenue Officer


George is the Chief Revenue Officer for Monetate, focused on creating a world-class customer experience from the very first engagement through the lifetime of each customer, by coordinating resources across the business to deliver the maximum return possible with our technology. George is a high-energy, motivational leader with proven success and delighted customers at both global public and private companies. He is ever in search of hearing his favorite word from a customer – “Wow!”

George is based in Austin, TX, and loves music, rescue animals, fast cars, and being outdoors.

Monetate Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Andrew Koperwas

Chief Marketing Officer


Andrew is the Chief Marketing Officer of Monetate, where he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts. Andrew has spent more than 15 years in varying marketing roles across B2C and B2B companies; including Adobe and ClassPass.

Based in New Jersey, Andrew has been with Monetate since 2018. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys cooking, hiking, and catching up on his sleep deprivation from his 2 toddlers.

Monetate Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Austin Rochford

Chief Technology Officer


Austin is the Chief Technology Officer of Monetate, where he is responsible for product development, operations, and data science. Austin has an academic background in mathematics and a decade of experience developing and supporting data-driven products for marketers.

Austin is based outside of Philadelphia, PA, and has been with Monetate since 2014. In his spare time, Austin is an avid reader; he enjoys hiking with his dogs and kayaking local rivers and bays.

Eric Rosado

Chief Product Officer


Eric is the Chief Product Officer of Monetate, where he leads the company’s overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap execution. Prior to Monetate, Eric led Product for Certona, a leading Personalization platform, and for Kibo, a cloud commerce platform including eCommerce, Order Management, and Personalization solutions.

Eric calls San Diego, CA his home, where he is patiently (or not patiently) waiting for the Padres to win the World Series.

Monetate VP of Global Partnerships

Grant Burchfield

VP OF Global Partnerships


Grant is the Vice President of Global Partnerships at Monetate. Responsible for driving and executing multinational partnerships with technology and solution partners to help support our global customers. Most recently, Grant was at Invoca, the Forrester Wave leader in Conversational Intelligence, as the VP of Global Partnerships. Grant has an extensive career building programs to support Enterprise customers on a global scale.

Grant resides in Denver, CO, home to 300 days of sunshine a year. Outside of work, he can be found skiing in the mountains, golfing out on one of the many courses Colorado has to offer, or taking in a concert at the famed Red Rock Amphitheatre with his wife and kid.

Rebecca Dioso

VP OF Talent & culture


Rebecca is the Vice President of Talent & Culture at Monetate. She relies on her 30 years of HR experience in organizations like GE, Oracle, Aramark, and KPMG to fuel her passion and transparency for building high-performing HR teams and implements strategic processes, ensuring the right talent is in place for success throughout the organization.

Rebecca and her husband reside in Michigan and their son is a student at the University of Michigan. They enjoy traveling globally to visit their nine former exchange students and families.

Gary Williams

VP of Sales (NA)


Gary is the Vice President of Sales – North America for Monetate. He is keenly focused on expanding the customer base in North America. His talented team of sellers takes the time to listen to client’s personalization challenges, only then delivering customized solutions that deliver fast, material ROI.

Gary is a Motivator and Coach. He constantly presses his team to stay apprised of the latest technology challenges so that his sellers are truly viewed as Trusted Advisors. His favorite accomplishments — seeing his customers mature and distance themselves in their markets. Gary is based in Indianapolis, IN, and enjoys golf, playing guitar, and rooting for his Indiana Hoosiers sports teams.

Jenny Woys

VP of Client Success


Jenny Woys is the VP of Client Success at Monetate, where she leads post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Jenny’s entire career has been in the Customer Experience field, with a background emphasizing data-driven decision making throughout the Martech, Adtech, and SAAS industries. Her favorite parts of what she does include executive sponsorship with customers, team development, and bringing the voice of the customer to a product.

Jenny is based in Austin, TX, and enjoys cooking, hanging out with her husband and two cats, and rooting for her alma mater, the University of Michigan, across all sports.
