Yes, starting things off with “Webster’s Dictionary defines…” is painfully cliché, but that definition so perfectly encapsulates Elevate 2024 that we just couldn’t help it.
Monetate’s annual client summit was one for the books this year. Taking place at the iconic Barbican in London, the venue’s striking architecture served as an incredible backdrop for the day’s events. But it was the insights from our guest speakers, on-site demonstrations from our partners, and real-time conversations between our attendees that all came together to accomplish something truly remarkable:

That’s right. Whether it was discussing AI’s impact on the industry, how brands can further optimize the customer journey through search & product discovery, or how to create a human-centric digital strategy—Elevate 2024 served as a call-to-action for online brands wanting to stand out and exceed their customers’ expectations through the power of personalization.

The Experience
We kicked Elevate ‘24 off with our Monetate Certification Program, providing attendees the opportunity to validate and expand their knowledge of our platform. This was followed by a catered breakfast for introductions, reunions, and conversations before breaking for the main event—our lineup of guest speakers.
In between hearing from these industry experts, attendees were given the opportunity to join breakout sessions to share learnings, make connections, and hear from other industry leaders. We then wrapped things up by putting the spotlight on our award winners before heading down to our closing reception to enjoy music, drinks, and live entertainment from a digital magician (yes, you read that right)!
