Heidi Celeghin is the Chief Revenue Officer of Monetate and has worked in technology for over 12 years—growing sales teams and building new market opportunities across different geographies. She is passionate about helping customers meet and exceed their business goals through tech.

Austin is the Chief Technology Officer of Monetate, where he is responsible for product development, operations, and data science. Austin has an academic background in mathematics and a decade of experience developing and supporting data-driven products for marketers.
Austin is based outside of Philadelphia, PA, and has been with Monetate since 2014. In his spare time, Austin is an avid reader; he enjoys hiking with his dogs and kayaking local rivers and bays.

Tiff serves as Chief of Staff at Monetate, where she orchestrates strategic initiatives across the executive suite and leads the company’s marketing efforts. With a focus on operational excellence, Tiffany drives organizational alignment and executing high-impact projects that propel Monetate’s growth.
Based in Sandy, Utah, Tiffany brings a dynamic blend of leadership and creativity to her role. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors with her daughter and son.
SVP, Customer Success
As Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Monetate, Kate focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, fostering long-term partnerships, and championing the voice of the customer. She oversees the entire customer journey—from onboarding through renewal—ensuring value, alignment, and consistently exceptional experiences.
Based on the Seacoast of New Hampshire, Kate is a proud mom of three who keep her on her toes—especially on the ski slopes.

Paul Bernier is the Vice President of Product Management at Monetate, and is instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s product vision and strategy. With deep technical insight and a user-centric mindset, Paul bridges customer needs and technology to drive the roadmap and partners across teams to champion product growth and outcomes.
