Heidi Celeghin is the Chief Revenue Officer of Monetate, where she leads the company’s global customer organization, strategic sales, and account management functions. With more than 12 years in technology, she has built and scaled high-performing teams across regions, driving retention and expansion.

Gopal Mehta is the Chief Financial Officer of Monetate, leading finance, people operations, legal, and information technology. He has extensive experience driving transformation and achieving strategic and financial goals across private equity-backed, venture-funded, and Fortune 50 technology organizations.
Based in Seattle, Washington, Gopal enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, kayaking, and camping throughout the Pacific Northwest with his wife and son.

Jeff McBride is the Chief Operating Officer of Monetate, overseeing the company’s global operational strategy and execution. He combines management consulting experience from McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton with executive leadership roles at Medallia, HackerOne, and Offensive Security.
Based in Reno, Nevada, Jeff serves as a board member of The Maher Foundation, supporting families impacted by neurodiversity, and enjoys outdoor activities with family.

Austin Rochford is the Chief Technology Officer of Monetate, responsible for product development, platform operations, product management, and data science. With an academic background in mathematics, he has more than a decade of experience building data-driven solutions for marketers & merchandisers.
Based outside Philadelphia, Austin has been with Monetate since 2014. In his spare time, he enjoys reading widely, hiking with his dogs, and kayaking rivers.

Kevin Hutchison is the Chief Commercial Officer of Monetate, responsible for enterprise acquisition, marketing, business development, and partner channel growth. He brings more than two decades of experience scaling global go-to-market organizations across high-growth technology companies.
