What You Will Do

  • Write clear, concise, well-structured, well-tested code that provides new features and improvements to existing services using Python, Javascript, and React
  • Partner with talented engineers in an Agile environment to help to build a highly scalable product
  • Ship code to our production environment on a regular basis
  • Collaborate throughout the software development life cycle with product management, UX, support, professional services, and other engineering teams
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system testing, and integration testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 0–2 years of software engineering experience; or 4+ years of equivalent professional software engineering experience in lieu of the degree
  • Proficiency with Python programming language and experience developing in a Linux environment needed
  • Front-end experience utilizing Javascript and JS Frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and APIs
  • Understanding of basic Database design and experience with SQL

Location

Plano, TX, USA. This is a full-time, 100% in-office role. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, either now or in the future. The company is not able to sponsor employment visas.
