Adam Litle is the VP and GM, Personalization at Monetate, where he manages the company’s next-generation personalization business. Prior to Monetate, he was on the founding management team of Granular, the leading farm management and analytics company backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Google, and Khosla Ventures. At Granular, he led the business development, finance and customer success functions after building them from the ground up. 

Throughout his career, Adam has worked in a wide range of organizations including law firms, investment banks, startups, venture capital, not-for-profits and emerging growth companies – always with a focus on technology. Adam grew up in Michigan and has a JD/MBA from the University of Michigan and BA from Yale University. He currently lives in Oakland with his wife, two sons and dog and enjoys hiking nearby trails whenever possible.
