So Revzilla, in a nutshell, is a destination for people who are motorcycle enthusiasts. We cater to people who are on-road or off-road, very lifestyle-centric. That means rather than having a Wal-Mart, we try to cater to the emotional aspect of what the rider loves about the sport. A lot of the messages that we send to our customers try to portray that element, which really resonates with who we are, and where we are in this business, and how it should run behind the scenes.

Monetate was an easy fit as soon as we started hearing about it. We dug a little bit deeper, and the reason it fit is there are a thousand types of different motorcycles that people buy. There are many different, fragmented local and micro-climates that people live in around the country that ride those thousand different types of motorcycles. So really, if we can know, either what someone rides, what type of products they are looking for, or what type of challenges or applications they need to fit, then we can immediately speak to that person in a way that is relevant to what we probably could guess, based on what they have seen before or are currently searching for. So now it’s just become a different kind of conversation that they get to our site.

With Monetate, the message we are sending becomes more personalized, on the fly. It’s just a no-brainer when you have very different segments and archetypes of customers.
