David Brussin, Founder, CEO and President

David is an entrepreneur and technical innovator. Most recently David co-founded TurnTide, which created the world’s first anti-spam router. Turntide was acquired by Symantec in 2004.

In 2001, David co-founded ePrivacy Group, which created programs, standards and products to protect the email marketing channel. The products David created helped email marketers increase response and conversion by protecting their trusted relationship with consumers.

In 1996, David co-founded InfoSec Labs, which helped Fortune 1000 companies safely and securely bring their businesses online. InfoSec Labs was acquired by SafeNet in 1999.

David Bookspan, Founder and Chairman

David BookspanDavid is an entrepreneur and investor. David co-founded, and was President and CEO of MarketSpan, Inc. MarketSpan created an innovative service that aggregated and enhanced court docket information and created new marketing opportunities for legal professionals. MarketSpan was acquired and is now part of LexisNexis under the brand LexisNexis CourtLink.

In 2007, David co-founded DreamIt Ventures, L.P., a pre-seed venture fund launching new technology companies. David also actively invests in early-stage companies that focus on innovation in technology and information services.

Scott Samios, VP Sales

Scott Samios, VP SalesScott is a pioneer in helping marketers adopt leading edge marketing strategies through his work with companies like Omniture, Offermatica, and Optimost.

As a veteran of the online marketing and optimization industry, Scott opened Offermatica’s Eastern US and International offices in 2005, building and managing a team of solution delivery professionals in New York and London through multiple years of triple digit growth. After Omniture acquired Offermatica, Scott managed adoption and roll out of content optimization and behavioral targeting solutions within Omniture’s web analytics platform.
