Some online retailers are okay with my address but some are not. The latter stand to lose my business, and arguably that of other rural customers. My point is that retailers should check their systems for things like this. There are clearly ways around this problem, and around other interface issues. The bigger problem is that retailers who do not review and test their systems may not know they have problems.

		<description>I believe that address validation is handled by the payment processor&#039;s fraud detection or in some cases, in the USPS address validation application which is not in the etailer&#039;s control.  Even the return error message is even handled at  the payment processor&#039;s end.</description>
