I think it&#039;s perfectly all right for a company to say that they understand that people are confused and scared and that this is completely understandable. It&#039;s also fine to say that the company is collecting its thoughts and will share them in coming weeks, but at the moment, there&#039;s too little information to draw any conclusions. Reaffirm your trust in the system, express confidence in the future, say that you intend to be there for your customers through thick and thin. Something like that. But to talk about the difficulty of finding Wi-Fi in an airport is just clueless.</description>
